AVD Management
empowering talents
Anouk is passionate about the vision of empowering athletes through her own athlete management company. In 2023, she founded AVD Management to take over the management of her team and has since been steadily building the company's network. In 2025, Nicola Kusy, a former tennis player and consultative sales expert with experience in the fashion and executive search industry has joined forces. The company represents currently tennis player Dominic Stricker and Beachvolleyball Team Zouk. For the road to LA 2028 Anouk will solely put her focus on her sportive tasks.
